Phil is the Managing Director of Eqate Ltd who has been in the insurance and risk management sector for twenty-eight years with both underwriting and global broker experience and continues to consult for a number of major Plc's. He is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner and qualified both as an Associate of the Chartered Institute and as a Member of the Institute of Risk Management.

Richard Grayson LLB (Hons) London
Richard is a qualified Solicitor and the Senior Account Executive at QPI Legal Limited, Eqate Limited's sister company. Post qualification he worked in private practice for five years before making the transition into the insurance and risk management business. Since then he has developed strong relationships with both clients and insurers and a reputation among his legal peers for his knowledgeable and professional approach.
